
Resource Person: Ms. Ayishath Sufaina, Assistant Professor, Department of Media and Communication Studies
The eighth session of the Students Induction Programme (SIP) for the ITEP 2025–2029 Batch focused on familiarizing the students with the campus facilities and resources available to them. Conducted by Ms. Ayishath Sufaina, Assistant Professor, Department of Media and Communication Studies, the session provided a comprehensive campus orientation.
During the session, students were guided through:
- Campus Facilities – Understanding the layout, important departments, and key functional areas of the college.
- Laboratories – Introduction to the various academic and research laboratories available for practical learning and experimentation.
- Amenities – Familiarization with amenities such as the library, digital resources, recreational spaces, and support services available to students.
The orientation enabled students to navigate the campus confidently, understand the resources at their disposal, and appreciate the infrastructure that supports both academic and co-curricular activities. This session played a vital role in integrating the newcomers into the college environment, helping them feel comfortable and connected to their new academic home. The interactive tour and explanations by the resource person ensured that students gained practical knowledge of the campus, laying the foundation for a productive and engaging academic journey in the ITEP programme.
