Video Games: Prabhat Vedhi

On Friday, December 19, at 9:10 AM Prabhat Vedhi assembly was conducted successfully by the group ROOTS with the theme “Video Games.” This assembly was special as it marked the first time our department presented the programme using a digital display system, specifically an LED Smart TV / digital presentation screen, which added clarity, visual engagement, and a modern touch to the assembly.

The programme began with a prayer by all members, setting a calm and respectful tone. Sreya Suresh anchored the session confidently and also introduced the theme of the day, explaining how video games influence learning, creativity, and leisure in contemporary life.

The pledge was delivered by Nasriya P.K, reminding everyone of shared values and responsibility. The special feature of the day was presented by Rushda Mn, which held the attention of the audience through its interactive content displayed on the screen.

The thought for the day was shared by Minha K, offering an insightful message that connected well with the theme. This was followed by an engaging GK Quiz conducted by Rafeeda Sherin K.K, where students actively participated using the on-screen questions.

The word of the day was introduced by Niranjay V.P, enriching vocabulary and encouraging mindful language use. The programme also included news highlights presented by Telna Rose C.S, keeping the audience informed about current events.

At the end of the assembly , the Head of the Department , Mr. Naseerali addressed the students and improvised the session with his valuable suggestions and motivating words. He encouraged students to adopt innovative methods in academic and co- curricular activities .
