An invited session was delivered by Dr. Naseerali M.K. during a Single-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Mastering Website & LMS Management at Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar, Kasaragod. The FDP was organised to enhance the digital competencies of the college faculty in managing their website and Learning Management System (LMS).
Dr. Naseerali M.K., who had developed the college’s website and LMS a few months earlier, provided detailed demonstrations and hands-on training. The session covered key aspects of website management, LMS operations, content uploading, course management, and user engagement, equipping faculty members with the practical skills required for efficient digital management of academic resources.
The programme was formally inaugurated by Dr. Remya V.R., Principal of Mahatma College of Education, and saw active participation from the faculty, with interactive discussions and queries addressed effectively by Dr. Naseerali.
The FDP significantly contributed to strengthening the digital infrastructure management capabilities of the college faculty and enhanced their preparedness to leverage ICT for academic administration and teaching-learning processes.
