The Department of Education at Majlis College organized a vibrant Eid celebration on 17 March 2025 in anticipation of Eid-ul-Fitr, expected to be observed on 20 March in Kerala. The programme aimed to foster festive spirit and cultural togetherness among students.
The celebrations were formally inaugurated by the Head of the Department, Dr. Naseerali M.K., who declared the event open and highlighted the significance of Eid as a festival of unity, gratitude, and compassion. As part of the programme, Mehendi Competition and Greeting Card Making Competition were conducted, providing students an opportunity to showcase their creativity and artistic talents.
Students from both ITEP and D.El.Ed. programmes actively participated in the events with great enthusiasm. The entries were evaluated by Ms. Brinjula from the Department of Media Studies, who appreciated the creativity and effort of the participants.
The celebration concluded on a joyful note, reflecting the spirit of Eid and promoting harmony and cultural appreciation among the student community.
