Your paper must begin with a title page that includes:

• Title of the paper
• Author(s) full name(s)
• Author(s) contact details (email address)
• Author(s) affiliations (institution, department, city, country)

• Include an abstract giving a brief, clear summary of your research question, methodology, key findings and conclusions. Keep it within 150-250 words.
• Provide keywords that accurately represent the content of your paper, so attendees can find your presentation in the programme.

• Follow APA 7th edition.
• 12-point Times New Roman font.
• Double-space the entire document.
• 1-inch margins on all sides.
• Page numbers in the top right corner.

• Use APA 7th edition for in-text citations and references.
• Properly cite all sources used.
• Keep the references section complete and in APA style.

• Each co-author who wishes to attend and present the paper must register separately. Registration is required for each presenter.

• Your paper must be original, with a similarity index of no more than 10%.
• Papers above this threshold will not be considered for further pre-publication review.

• Paper submission and registration fees are non-refundable.
• If your paper is rejected for any reason, including exceeding the similarity index, the registration fee will not be refunded.

• Submit your final paper by October 30, 2026. Late submissions may not be accepted.

• Prepare a clear, concise presentation based on your paper.
• Practise so it can be delivered within the allotted time.
• Be ready to answer audience questions in the Q&A session.

• Familiarise yourself with the technical setup for the online or physical conference.
• Test your audio, video and presentation software in advance.

• By submitting your paper, you affirm that you have the right to present and publish the content and that it does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Any legal issue related to the content is the sole responsibility of the contributor. Neither the organizing institutions nor the organizing team is responsible for legal disputes or claims arising from the paper's content.
