The morning assembly, Prabhat Vedhi, was conducted on 28 September 2026 by the B.A. English B.Ed. of Majlis Arts and Science College. The theme of the assembly was National Sons Day, which focused on celebrating the love, strength, dreams and importance of sons and the role of fathers in their lives.
The programme began with the anchoring by Fahmeedha, followed by the prayer. Safa led the pledge. The Word of the Day was “Tenacious,” meaning someone who does not give up easily and continues trying despite difficulties. An example was also given to explain the word.
The Thought of the Day highlighted the love of a father for his son, explaining that a father’s actions often express his love even when he does not always say it directly.
The assembly also included a News Report by Aliya, followed by the Special Event presented by Anjali and Shahma. The programme continued with activities connected to the theme of National Sons Day.
Overall, the assembly was meaningful and informative. It reminded everyone about the importance of family bonds, parental love, encouragement and supporting the dreams of children. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and was presented by the B.A. English B.Ed.
