The morning assembly, Prabhat Vedhi, was conducted on 29 September 2026 by the B.A. B.Ed. History of Majlis Arts and Science College. The theme of the assembly was World Heart Day, which focused on the importance of heart health and creating awareness about cardiovascular diseases.
The programme began with the anchoring by Najila, followed by the prayer led by Riya Nasmi, Ridha and Shahina. Nabaha led the pledge. The Word of the Day was presented by Athul, followed by the Thought of the Day by Rifada.
The Speciality of the Day, presented by Aimen, introduced the significance of World Heart Day. It highlighted that World Heart Day is observed every year on September 29 to create awareness about cardiovascular diseases and promote preventive heart health. The programme also included a News Report presented by Liyana.
The assembly continued with an Activity conducted by Riya and Sana, which added an interactive element to the programme. The theme was further reinforced through messages about taking care of the heart, staying active, eating healthy and supporting one another.
Overall, the assembly was informative and meaningful. It helped create awareness about the importance of maintaining a healthy heart and encouraged everyone to adopt healthier habits. The programme successfully conveyed the message that taking care of our hearts is an important part of leading a healthy life.
